Default too much tire???

OK so I've been doing a lot of research into a/t tires for my discoII, and the tires I've settled on are Goodyear wrangler dura tracs. The question I have for the forum is these tires only come in select sizes and start at 275/65 in 18" which works out to 32" diameter and 9" tread width. Is this too much tire for my truck in stock form? Thanks.

I have a few friends that have that set up and they love it. You will though, loose a little MPG and torque, the ride will be outstanding and you will need a small lift.
If you have any questions, give me a shout.

I run 265/75/16 on a stock set up, which is roughly the same diameter. I wouldn't be surprised, almost bet on actually, you would have to trim the front airdam and adjust the steering stops.

And you will loose a little mpg, and not be able to pull hills as effortlessly.
