Turn on the ignition, turn on your lights, on the instrument cowel there will be a backwards facing fog light button, press it, go to the back of the truck.
Those are called the rear fog lights, all European cars have them, they are so you dont get slammed in the *** while driving in dense fog.

It is my top blinkers (left right signals)that are not working, every other light works fine. The fog switch just lit up the lower lights.

The turn signal fuse has no power, yet your front turn signals are working? Something seems wrong with the testing procedure. This may be obvious, but have you testes the bulbs, or checked to see if the bulb socket is getting power?

I stand corrected the fuse that was tested was for the fog lights. I have tested the socket, it was a no go.

Point noted. I haven't had my RDA of coffee yet. On a 2002 the upper lights from top to bottom are tail, brake, reverse. Turn signals are going to be in the bumper.

and there should be 4 bulbs in the upper lamp.
