I'm in need of a new or refurbished torque converter and can't find one that I trust for the life of me. Anyone know of a good place to find these torque converters, or even someone that rebuilds them? Is Ashcroft Transmissions a good choice (I'm in the US)?

I've got a local guy who does all mine, but I don't know if he does LR torque converters and not sure if he ships. May be worth checking. He does great work.

These guys did one for a 5hp30? I think it was from a BMW, was the best price i could find at the time, fast sservice.
