I can also vouch for that. I bought the converter at Walmart and spliced it in via the side wall access. If you google it there is a complete set of instructions with photos on the web.

I used a powered converter. Now I have a trialer with a 7 pin flat connector and have to figre that one out since it has brakes and the break away setup.
