Default Transfer case lash question WITH VIDEO!

So my current transfer case has a leak and it is getting worse. I am 99% sure it is the front seal between the T case and transmission. Knowing you can't replace that seal without dropping the whole thing I have an extra transfer case that I can do a seal overhaul on. My question is if the gear lash in the video is normal when engaged in lock. Case spins fine and does not appear to have any bearing play front or rear.

I just put 4oz. Blue Devil in both my TCs. Aiming for the o-ring on the intermediate gear shaft. By Spring I'll know if it worked, but figured it was worth a try.

My D1 TCs play like yours in the video.

Thanks and good luck with the Blue Devil. I didn't get any results using it in my case. What's frustrating is I had zero leaks until my breather tube melted on the manifold causing it to clog creating pressure. I fixed it but the leak remained. I checked some youtube videos on the LT230 and the lash looks normal.
