Might be one of your diffs also. I think you have a rotoflex on the rear shaft, so it probably wouldn't transfer up that shaft, but it might from the front shaft.

Mine sings a little under acceleration, but hasn't gotten any worse in 3 years.

They are going to do a flush and change out the fluid (it's at the dealer right now) before we go down that road. You know the car is not vibrating or making a grinding noise. Just a humming under accelaration. We'll see.
Have them change the fluids in the differentials and transmission too. Then just drive it. When your t-case does finally go out it will start to sing so loud you cant talk to your passenger.
Change all the fluids, drive it and forget it, I bet it last's another 95k.
Just change all your driveline fluids every 50,000 miles and you'll be good to go.
