Default trasmission engaging delay

I have a 2000 disco that is acting up a little. This car is new to me, so I don't know if this was an existing condition or not. I drained the transmission and re-filled with mobil 1 synthetic dextron lll. Sometimes when I stop at a stop sign or light it feels like the transmission hasn't dropped back into first gear. When I give it gas it will rev up and then it will engage and drive normally. It does't do it all the time. Sometimes it will do it in reverse too. The check engine light is on and there is three codes, first bank running lean, second bank running lean, and incorrenct fourth gear ratio. Can anyone give me any help with this?

You might want to send me your tele number by private message and I will call you and go into more detail.
2 things going on with your truck, you have a bad MAF sensor and either you are low on tranny fluid or there are some dirty valves in your tranny.
What was the condition of the fluid when you drain the tranny and how much fluid did you put back in?
