Most valve stems would be a bit shadetree and require valve removal to service unless valve permanently removed and cap capable of sealing stem is installed.

You can still drill and tap your T for a NPT petcock of your choice.

At this moment, nope.

If you're referencing the auction I posted, I didn't take the time out to see if that was the proper one for the Disco. I pointed that out because you can get them to fit, which eliminates the need for the plastic one.

You can also get a similar plug for each axle fill hole instead of the plastic ones.

Good point and should be easier to find thread specs for the axle fills. Thanks.

The stock tee is 1/4" npt just like I posted, if I remember correctly. I ran a brass plug in my factory tee for a while.

Fits like a glove but, I would recommend replacing the hose clamps with the ones I used.

Wow! I wish my engine bay looked this good! Yours puts mine to shame! Nice touch with the decals!

If I remember, I'll check when I get home.

Confirmed, the hose on the right is near death.

I do agree with the not. In this isolated case you be wrong.

Your photos may show that if you tap out the factory T a pipe plug may fit and you may be able to use a factory plug into a 1/4 pipe taped hole. Unless I mistook what looks like sealant for seeping coolant residue and corrosion it may cause you may need to use sealant when using the factory plug. If your examples don't leak in service or when testing they are still hobbled together shadetree examples.

The factory T and plug threads are straight, not tapered pipe. That's why it's primary seal is an o-ring. I'm waiting for shanechevelle to report back do to his access to tap & dies to verify.
