Default Tubular racks

Can you put the tubular 2004 rack rods onto a 2000 discovery? I like the tubular look.

Pretty sure he's talking about these on the roof. They're tubes instead of the junk on the older model Disco 2's

Sure does, unless you go to Land Rover, and then it's expensive !!

The '04 version also doesn't have the extension bars if you wanted to rack to go back to the alpine windows.

Yep, you said it. I've got the extentions that go all the way to the back, and I wouldn't want it any other way. best thing to carry lumber or install a roof top carrier.

But if you love the tubes so much, find out if an Xterra rack could be fitted on a Disco !!! After all, its got the stepped roof design too !!! You could get a complete one with the cross bars and all.
