They look good! and the beam pattern looks great. I kind of wish the looked less 'new' to match the rest of the truck otherwise I think this is probably the best way to go in terms of headlight upgrades for our trucks.

Default Got and finish - yea there’s gaps

yeah there is a gap, which is why I think they include this hardware. So it aligns a little bit. Which they made the sides 2-3mm longer. I have the housing pushed all the way back when mounting 🤷🏻‍♂️

Tuff-rok say they're working on a facelift version but that's been in the works for ages now. Not sure if it'll ever come to fruition.

cheaper to retrofit HID projectors into the facelift models and would still look stockish (imo better than these).

Could a bit of weather stripping fit that gap? Maybe the kind that would slide onto back edge of surround?

I could sell my original headlights used on ebay easily to pay for such a kit. A set of original headlights is new over $1000.

I have the $80 ones on my RRC, they're definitely an upgrade from the old style RRC lights, but the LEDs in any snow or rain are just incomparable to the, in this case, amazing ones in pre-LCI D2s.

I have seriously considered going back to stock style headlights from those Jeep 7" lights during a snow storm or when it's raining.

Could add quality DOT approved yellow fogs from baja designs or diode dynamics. Less work than switching and would be beneficial in all driving scenarios.
