Default Ultragauge not displaying info...

I have a 2000 D2. Got an Ultragauge for it about 2 years ago. Not certain which UG model, but I did double check at some point and it's the correct one for my vehicle. The gauge used to work fully and display all the info I set it up for, especially engine temp. Nowadays, it often displays just the voltage and rpm's, and sometimes displays the full info. Is it more likely the UG is not working, or that my truck isn't sending the info to the UG? I'd appreciate your thoughts. Thanks

Silly question, but one that bears asking. Have you unplugged and replugged the OBD connector? I have the UltraBlue and no real experience with the hardwired display but this would be the obvious thing to check if you haven't. Otherwise either scenario is likely, with the Ultragauge not working properly being the more probable in my mind.

Yeah, that's a good question. I sure do, unplug and re-plug. Once in a while that helps, but mostly not. Thanks!
