Default Under carrige cover

Good Morning my Discovery Lovers!! can someone help me to how to remove the UNDER CARRIGE COVER/ I can't figure out how to remove it? My disco II has a leak, and don't know where is coming from. Please help

You detach the front control arm and that creates room. The RAVE manual you can download will show you.

i ended up just cutting my out and not reinstalling.

03-04 have a “drip” tray. You can remove it easily if you jack up the front of the D2 & then slide it out.

Hmm, I kind of want one for my 2002? Would it fit?

No you don't. Useless, just makes basic things like changing an oil filter or inspecting the underside that much more annoying

I have read that running without can affect engine temps. ??? I have it but have never driven the truck without if for comparison.

I actually enjoy mine. When I change the oil every year it’s nice knowing when I pull it off atleast a couple of 10mm sockets fall out that were once lost

I removed my front cover and left the rear cover in just for some kind of protection from sticks. However, it does a better job of collecting my tools, nuts, and bolts.
