Since you have an '03, can I assume that your oil pump is working? How many miles on your truck?

How have you check the pressure? With a gauge or just by the OP lamp?

On an '03, the oil pump is the first suspect for low oil pressure, rebuilt engine or not. I don't think the cam bearing finish will matter much.

Best,

new pump and new main bearing and con rods bearings... 2 different oil pumps and 3 different sets of bearings...

this is either a block issue or cam bearing issue...

does anyone know where i can get finished bearings.... install and go

I don't think there is such a thing. Bearings have to be finished after they are installed in the block.

What is the pressure hot and cold, at idle and at 2000 RPM's?

Mark at D & D Fabrications sells finished cam bearings for 4.0/4.6

Also partsrange on eBay.co.uk sells a set from RPI Engineering.
