I did some research (was curious), and read that it will not harm the engine, it just tunes it down (slowing timing). The engine was designed (timed) to run on premium, so when you run normal gas thru it, for that long, it will adjust itself to run on that gas metric.

 

Definitely keep an eye on it after a few tanks of premium just to be sure the timing change readjusts without any issues.
