Default vacuum tube replacement and locations

Disco Mike's major service recommendation he has

2 feet of 3/16th vacuum tube
2 feet of 5/16th vacuum tube

https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...service-29020/

I am thinking to change most of my vacuum hoses - at least those are easily accessible.

Has anyone done this? where are they located. Thank you for your help

Why do you want to replace the vacuum lines if no problems are evident?

all Vacuum lines are 16 years old. just though they are cheap enough to replace . i dont know if there is any problem. i am doing some work figured change them just so there is no leak due to age.

Good Question though

A lot of people on this forum talk about the "brittle" "plastic" lines, whether they are vacuum or coolant. They are actually made of nylon which is very forgiving. I have an old coolant line off my truck that I can tie into a knot.

When I was in high school I wore eyeglasses with nylon frames because they were unbreakable. There's no problem with you replacing the lines, and I understand that rubber tubing is not expensive but maybe I am a purist. I don't see a reason to replace them unless there is a problem.

Those Nylon pipes look ok. I don't want to mess around with them unless they break. Thanks for your advice.
