Don't change them, tighten the bolts on the v/c's even if you can only do the 2 outside bolts, then power scrub your engine so it is nice and clean. You should find tighten them snug, not over tightened and the leaking should stop.
To replace them require you yo remove the intake manifold.

Factory torque specs were only 6 ft/pounds, so tighten them to around 12 so they won't vibrate loose.
