Default Valve Cover Gaskets and T-case output

I've put off my leaky valve covers for a little too long. What do I need for the full job and what other optional stuff can I replace while I'm down there?

I also discovered vertical play in my tcase front output, I have everything I need already but a replacement nyloc nut for the flange, does anyone know what size? I can't seem to find it on the forums or on any part site, I reused it last time I did it with some locktite, but I wont reuse it twice.

Thanks!

I believe this is the correct nut forthe T-case output flange:

Nut - Transfer Case/Rear Suspension (NY120041L Same Fit As Part # NY120041L ) - Land Rover bolts\clamps\brackets\washers from Atlantic British

I saw that also, I just wasn't sure. That site has almost no descriptions on their products.

Thanks.

The nut is an M20 you can usually get one from Fastenal or any other Nut and Bolt shop.

I am going to replace my front drive shaft and was thinking to replacing the flange at the same time. I have a few questions if anyone here may know.

1) do I need the flange holding tool to get the nut off, or will a pry bar work?

2) the flange kit does not come with a new bearing. Do these tend to wear out and should I replace the bearing along with the flange?
