Default vibration

i have a 2016 discovery landmark,just had the following work carried out,new prop shaft,lower suspension arms (2) new tyres all round nsf cv cover,all parts genuine land rover and full set scorpion tyres,i now have a slight shimmie?vibration at 49 mph goes away above or lower 49 mph had wheel balance double checked and its ok any ideas,can feel it through sitting in back?...

Whats interesting is a lot of D2s have the 4mph shimmy, and this guy does, in a 2016, maybe.

Ive managed to get go pro footage of the wheel wobbling, but havnt yet identified the culprit. I think its lower ball joints. But am pretending it isnt.
