Default Vibration?

Ok 1999 Disco II
Don't have any vibrations driving normal,
No squeaking or nothing.
However I hooked up to my snowmobile trailer and pulled it
And as it was under a load now comes the vibration!
I am aware of how drive shafts are as I have a F350 with 44 inch tires.
And deal with driveshaft angles and u joints before.
So I get und and look and front and rear, yes the have been upgraded
To grease able u joint and the are tight to the grip as I checked u joints
For years. Grease is present as should be and with the vibration as it is
It would be very visible! Am I missing something? Does that rotory coupler
Look good and still be bad? There is no cracking and as I said looks good everywhere.
My biggest fear is that the trans is shuttering and getting ready to fail, because
It only did it under load.
Thanks to all in advance!

When the drive shaft was rebuilt, was a new centering ball included?

Don't know but local parts have a new ball and spring going to get it tomorrow.
Just bought this ride for my son and only been intoDiscos for approx. 2 months. Still learning, have read LOTS of stuff on here and has been really helpful. 35 usd. For new ball and spring.

Just because all the u-joints have zerks doesn't mean anything if it hasn't been greased correctly and on the proper schedule. If fact, if they haven't been they'll fail sooner than sealed u-joints. See the propshaft rebuild thread for correct lube procedure.
Also, there being no play when you grab it means little as a u-joint can be seized and cause vibration but in the early stages there's no play. The only way to properly inspect is to remove at least one end of the shaft and make sure all u-joints move like they should.

Does it vibrate when you have a load in the rover, equal to about the tongue weight of the loaded trailer?

Ok, yes I do understand and to my dismay no zerks in cardon part! Seems " ok" but all new u- joints and ball in morning! Each snowmobile weights approx 800 lbs, and trailer about 1000 lbs. tounge weight itself is about 150 lbs. just when foot is on the gas vibrate is there, during take off and mild gas at crusing. No vibration when off the gas. So with some good luck after service in the morning I will loose vibration and gain a peace of mind.

If you want a PDF on how to rebuild that shaft, send me an e-mail address and I will send it to you.
Your truck will move if you engage the cdl to the lock position.
