Check fluis every 2 months Aprox. It has a small leak and oil cuality is fine .. Shifts Fine High And Lo.. but I think it defenetly is the T Case. I dont know I should Buy arefurbished one from e bay or British atlantic and be done with it or wait and see if it´s the Out put falange or something else.

Last Night I was looking at British Atlantic and they have everything you need to fix a T case. Like these Out Put falange for less than a 100

Unless you have the extra cash to throw at the problem wait until you know for sure that the transfer case is causing it before you buy another t-case. Of course if you want/need the CDL then forget what I just said and just order the 2004 t-case. Roverland Parts has good prices on t-case that have been professionally rebuilt and come with a guarantee.

Well Just finished the inspectión on the T case and to my surprise all seems OK other than a little dark OIL .. according to my shop the problem is defenetly on the T case but he´s getting tired of Looking and Nothing.. Ill change both out put Falanges next because to My knowledge the ONLY thing that could be causing these vibration are these falanges Right..

Found these in Rover Parts.
