Default warning lights on new purchase '02 disco II

My husband and I just purchased an '02 disco II Westminster edition. We love it so far (2 wks) though the check engine light came on due to gas cap not tightening correctly. we cleared that up no problem. now the TC warning light, ABS, and downhill descent lights are on. Our OBD2 doesn't read these codes (only engine problems) so we just want to know if anyone out there has input before we take it to the shop. We are new to land rovers in general. Any info would be helpful!!

This is refered to as the dreaded trio sometimes. Rover's ABS sensor are real sensitive and will sometimes throw a code just to bug you,
Here are some questions for you that may help you in the future.
How many miles on the truck, does it look like the brake pads are new, do the brakes squeak when slowing down, do you have alot of brake dust on your wheels and what were you doing when the lights came on????????
