Default Water leak question

I have had my 2003 D2 for almost 2 years now. Today is was raining and for the first time I noticed there is water that was coming from behind the 'b' pillar trim on the passenger side. There was a water stain on the passenger headliner, I figured it had leaked in the past and was fixed but never replaced the headliner. Any ideas where the water might be coming from so I can take a look? Otherwise I may just deal with it, has never leaked since I owned it.

Open your sunroofs and check the drain tubes for clogs.
Also the seals around the roof rack can leak.
Check and make sure the roof rails are tight.

Thanks Spike, I will look into those things, but for some reason the headliner in that area is absolutely dry.
