Default water leaking in down seat belts

Left her sitting 4 days, heavy rains. Got in this morning and water was leaking down the upper belts on both sides but mainly passenger.
Is this a sunroof issue?

Possibly, i would be more inclined to tell you it is the mount point of the factory roof rails. Mine leaked badly from this point.

Mine was leaking in a similar way - it turned out to be extensive rot in the sunroof apertures of the roof panel.

Just park it oriented downhill, will not happen that way.
The sun roof drains are towards the front. When 'uphill' , rain puddles in the tray and spills over the headliner finding its way to openings as the belts slots.

"Just park it oriented downhill, will not happen that way." x2 on that! at least for smaller rain storms. eventually you're going to have to do the sunroof maintenance. when I did mine, I just siliconed them shut and did a bead around the roof rack mounts for good measure. not a drop since then, and that's in our daily torrential rains down here in South Flatistan. plenty of good write-ups on the sunroof maintenance. just take your time and keep everything organized.
