Default Water Passenger Side Floorboard

Attached is a pic of my Blower with the kick panel off, passenger side. When replacing my old blower with a new one I noticed there was a small amount of water on the kick panel padding that touches the blower.

I placed a few "fingers" on the pic to show where the water is coming in. I can't tell were the source is, but as you can see on the pic there is water deposits on the blower. It runs down the blower and onto the wiring harness. It runs down the harness and collects on the foam of the kick panel. It then runs down the kick panel and onto my floor mats.

The first time I saw this was about 2 weeks ago when I replaced the blower. It wasn't raining that day. I left the kick panel off so I could keep my eye on it to see if more water would come in. We've had a wet few days and I've noticed more water. One day we had a downpour all day, and my floorboard mat had standing water on it. It dried up the next day, BUT there is still some dampness on the kick panel foam and I can feel water on the aforementioned wiring harness.

Could this be a leaky windshield seal? Does the sunroof drain tube run through here?? Thanks.

I would look at the w/s seal first, if it were the sun roof drain, you would have a wet area on your headliner.
May be time to go see an auto glass shop for a second option and and a reseal.
