Where do you live?
Have you been running the A/C while daily driving?
Has it been raining where you live?
Could be a clogged A/C drain tube, broken sunroof drain tube, leaking windshield, melted snow, spilled bottled water...

I have 2 D1's that i've replaced the windshields, sunroof seals, drain tubes, door seals, and roof rack gaskets... but yet i still have water leaking in. I pulled the fender off and thought it was the joint where the inner fender meets the firewall... but found the water was coming in just below the windshield where the firewall cowl, iner fender, and a pillar meet. that joint has a lump of body puddy that has (over time) hardened and shrank... leaving an area for water to come in. it would have been easier to address this when i had the windshield out, but i chipped the old puddy away and used a body sealer in place. Leak has been fixed!
