I have the same problem , what is happening- it is not the water pump itself and that is why you are still having problems. The front section has 2 paws which mesh into the back 2 paws ( i think that this is the part you have been replacing)which are part of the housing. There is a seal with these back 2 paws inside the casing and when I have the front of the pump out I can see the back seal leaking and the flow escaping through the weep holes. I am now going to pull off the casing to get to the back seal
