I did not get any in mine, nor did Panzer in his DII but he did in his DI.
As long as your door seals are good and the water islower thanthe door handles you will be good.

I've noticed while driving down the highway if I crack open a window or the sunroof a draft comes in through the door handle. As soon as everything is closed it goes away. I realize keeping the windows up while crossing water keeps the water from splashing into the truck, but does it also help to keep a tighter seal against water too? I have not attempted a water crossing like the ones shown in Spike's and UP's videos.

I do not know if keeping the windows closed helps keep the water out or not. It makes sense, keep the cabin "pressurized" and the water has a harder time coming in.
If you open your hood and notice everything that is water sensative is up out of the way. The OEM alternator is supposed to be water proof, that is why it costsover $600.
Start axle deep, build up your confidence and go from there.
If you want to PM me I can give more detailed instructions to anybody who wants to try it and the theory behind the bow wake.
I suppose if there is enough interest I could start a thread on how to wade and then everybody could chip in with their experiance.
