Default Weird - No 3 Amigo lights in IC - factory equipped this way

So thought I would share something strange on the 02 I have - it does not have any ABS fault lights. It does have HDC button, and equipment, and the HDC works correctly. I have ABS code reader - no codes. Not sure if the ABS works correctly, kinda hard to test ABS on fat tire Disco unless there is ice or mud. I noticed it when the bulb check position on the IC did not light up 3 amigos, figured someone had popped the bulbs out so I took the IC out to inspect. Got it out, turns out the IC never was equipped with 3 amigo lights. Anyone ever seen another one like this?

That looks like it is a diesel instrument cluster. Maybe from a market that does not have ABS installed?

In photo 1, there is a glow plug warning beneath the rear end height warning

Also the light next to the glow plug warning is unusual as well. Def not a NA cluster

What do you know about the history of this Rover? Have you Googled the VIN?

Yeah, Rover came out of NC, non-SAI 2002. Cluster was not flashing, mileage matched CARFAX. No indications of any modifications.

What does the Carfax history show? Where was it titled originally?

Definitely a diesel cluster. Maybe previous owner replaced the cluster at some point and used the wrong one unknowingly? I doubt it came from the factory that way unless some hungover brit made a mistake.

So diesel clusters did not get three amigos warning lights? Why not, why would engine choice affect ABS/TC/HDC warning lights?
