Quite a few LR forums with Td5 owners here in the UK and in Australia do get the 3 Amigos.
@Extinct … are you sure the PO didn't tape over the warning lights from the back side?

Yeah, if you look at the pictures there are symbols in the faceplate, I confirmed no leds in the base, not even the hole for the leds. This is definitely the way it came from the factory. The bizarre thing is it has HDC and I tested that it works correctly.
