I changed the coolant tank cap, and was doing a 'round the block test, when I parked in front of the house with engine idling , I popped the hood to check for leaks(none), then suddenly, the SAI pump goes off and runs for 10 seconds. I don't get it.

 

They will do that on very rare occasions for no apparent reason. Unless it starts to occurs on a regular basis nothing worth pondering or to be concerned about.

Well, it happens on a daily basis. Right after exiting the freeway and waiting at the light for a few seconds. I always thought it was my other fan coming on. I have no idea whats going on.
