thats what i had drawn on my cheat sheet. i suppose i could have mixed something up though. that or the coil leads are not snapped into place all the way. or i could be mixed at the plugs. im heading off for a round of golf so i will take her apart when i get back and start fresh.

like i said the garage was cold and i was working at night so i did not have the best lighting. so i may have made a mistake in my attempt to do this job in the dark at 30 degrees out.

I believe the pic from the RAVE is if you are standing at the rear of the truck looking forward. So you need to reverse it if you're looking at it from the front end of the truck. Very stupid.

I believe this is proof that the old saying of "no good deed goes unpunished" is true.

well i am now a pro at taking apart all the tubes, wires, and ducting on the top of the engine.

in 30 min i was able to have to rig torn apart and back together and running like a champ. turns out 2 of the upper boots were not properly seated. i double checked the routing and everything was good. runs much better,,,

but the service engine light is still on since i did the induction clean with a bottle of seafoam.

any ideas there or will it go off after i put some miles on the rig. it has only been driven a few miles since i did the induction clean

it may take several drive cycles for the lamp to go out, ie total warm up and cool down times. Any chance you know what the codes are?
