Default Wet floor, leaky a pillar

I get some pretty water on the floor after rain. I took the whole front apart, the cowl, A pillar, door gasket, etc. I poured hot water down the roof to see if I could find where it may be entering. Nothing obvious at the floor, water was still cold.
The first picture, is about where the water appears to enter the interior. Above that level is is dry.
the second shows where water flows behind the gutter piece. Should this be water proof? I think that i will seal that up, to force the water towards the windshield. When water does run behind the gutters there is flows down the a pillar pretty directly into the interior.

The thiRd picture, that area drains properly. Also, the air intake is dry, no leaks into the dash from the area of the blower motor.

Anywhere else to look before i put it all back toghter?

Thanks, i thought i had that area filled to the max, but i am still getting a pretty good leak. It is better than i was, but there is still some wetness.

Any reason not to just drill a hole in the floor board an put a one way rubber plug in there? Obviously it is better to fix the leak, but I have so much Loctite Silicon in there that I can not pull back the rubber again.

The problem with water inside is the electronics, they corrode then you get problems. Where on the floor does the water end up?

Right underneath the fuse box, you are correct I am concerned about the electronics. I have jammed so much sealant in the upper windscreen join that I just cant imagine where the leak is from. I think I am going to put some paper towels in the fuse box and see if they get wet next time it rains. Running out of idea.

@redrover75 Ah that is helpful my 04 had a similar issue on the passenger side. Check your roof rack seals and rack, in my case the PO drilled in insert's and did not correctly seal the bolts he put in. As well the the roof to rubber seal joint can go bad.

That would explain why you are getting cold water when testing with hot. It is a pain to get sorted, put a newspaper down after every drive until you get it sorted out.

The water travels along the headliner to the lowest spot until it finds an exit.

That is a good point, it may not be this corner. I had the headliner down and checked, fixed all the sun roof drains, but maybe there is still something. Maybe park on an angle so it runs to the other side and see if that makes a difference. grasping at straws here.

Park so the front is slightly downhill - that was my solution
