What is this
Anybody know what this connector is for there two on both sides under the hood below the windshield

Could one run some roof rack lights of of this wiring
Would that be posible

Yes, but you would need to add the switch and have a tool that turns on the function in the BECM. Then you would need to make sure there are no "rules" like the BECM only running it for let's say 30 minutes or that the defrost has to be one for the heated windshield to work.
