The plug for the temp sensor on the bottom of the radiator? Passenger side bottom facing the firewall.

Thoroughly check that URO brand hose for wear and deformation from expansion! I've had a few friends have their newly installed URO coolant hoses burst on their Disco 2 and BMW E60.
Could've been the hose or could've been the 2 different mechanics who installed it.

Thanks for the feedback guys... I guess I better plug in the Temp Sensor to the radiator!!!!! I've checked the hoses and changed all the clamps, so far they are still in good shape.

With that unplugged you’ll usually get a P0126 fault.

i don't think all trucks have a sensor in that area. my '99 doesn't seem to have one -- only the sensor up behind the alternator.

I think it may only be on S.A.I. engines, which is more common. idk know for sure though...

I'll check this evening to see if I have the sensor... if not, it just hangs there? would some radiators have the sensor option?

SAI = additional temp sensor on the radiator. Non SAI = no additional temp sensor. I’ve worked on plenty of D2’s where they have the opposite setup for their needs due to a previous owner or getting a used part from the wrong model vs how their D2 is equipped. Also a lot of new radiators have the hole but you either leave it plugged or install the temp sensor.

So looks like SAI... right?

SAI right? But don’t see a temp sensor on the radiator.
