A few days ago, I buried myself back into the forests in the Elbow River Valley in Alberta for some firewood harvesting. It wasn't severely off-road, but the Disco performed great pulling and pushing this trailer over punky logs and around stumps/trees/rocks/etc. Fun time. Looking forward to going again soon.

New-ish tires put on yesterday: Bridgestone Dueler H/T 255/65R16 on alloys... this replaces my old 18 wheels... and now a weird clicking noise when braking...

Just bought on eBay. I'd link if I wasn't rushing to type this. Set of two was $18. Comes with orings and requires a 21mm socket.

replaced the gas filler grommet. Anyone else have theirs melt like mine did?

And has anyone ever replaced theirs and actually gotten the new one to fit correctly?

Were you having issues with gas smell before you replaced yours?

I haven't yet, but my mine looks rough - on the list to do, but going tackle head gaskets first. Where did you pick up the grommet?

Nope but it's pretty much looked like this since I got it last september. I think the summer heat made it worse though. You think fumes are the issue?

From atlantic british.. Pretty damn expensive for a ring of rubber.

I just tossed it in with a trans filter and gasket.
