I'd say 204 is more than a "bit" high, but then again after a huge HG failure after an overheat I'm a bit over anxious about the whole thing. But seriously, anyone who DOESN'T run the 180 T-stat is putting their car at risk, and for what? 40 dollars and an hour of work? It just isn't worth NOT doing it for me. I live in Hawaii with stop and go traffic and I can often times sit there with little to no airflow and barely see my temps creep past 194. Then again, the slipped sleeve, kind of made it all for naught.

Default misfire no more!

We have been struggling with a pesky misfires for a month now. Alas, we changed the coil pack, tried a second set of spark plugs today and bam! She's good to go. Now for shocks and tires. The work never ends

With the world as crazy as it is lately, and the US economy in question, I decided I better finally join the team.

Got tired of my interior being so hot in my college parking lot so...I tinted my sunroofs with 2.5% tint. It looks great and already is so much cooler driving around town.

I just removed the 4 T20 torx screws from each and tinted them inside. Super easy process.

Used some black magic brand from Walmart. I know some people will say it'll be purple in no time, but I used 5% back in high school from Walmart for my farm truck and it hasn't faded in 5yrs. Hoping for the best.

Almost forgot..... I called the tint shops around me and the cheapest quote I got was $50 per sunroof when I told them land rover. Called back the next day and said Chevy Tahoe and was quoted $25. Go figure! I did mine for $23 so I'm pumped.

Well I guess technically I didn't "do" anything to MY Disco, but I did do something with a D2 seat.
