Looks like it’s coming out the weep hole? Ivan had a really bad squeak on cold starts that I thought was a bad pulley. Also gurgling coming from the heater core, which always indicates a coolant leak. Such a bummer. This water pump is only 10k miles old.

Yes, the pump is bad. Just out of curiosity, what brand is it?

If its not under warranty with AB then you might want to replace it with the Airtex water pump.

Hoping it will be, I'll chat with them Monday. But yeah, lessons learned, spring for the Airtex.

Airtex isn't what it used to be. Unless it's a NOS water pump 99.9% are all from China. They just show up in different boxes with different names on them.

Was it installed since you've owned the truck? If so, how long ago?

FCP Euro has a lifetime warranty on all of their parts that they sell. Usually prices are a bit higher than elsewhere but the policy is pretty unreal - even wear items are allowed to be returned under the policy (brake rotors/pads, motor oil, etc.)
