I recognize that noise. It sounds like one of the idler pulleys / tensioner pulleys on the main belt. So basically on the big serpentine belt, one of them is f-ed. If you remove the fan, then the serpentine belt, you can probably spin each accessory to figure out which one.

Hopefully it's not an expensive component ...

If you've not done this before, careful, watch the Atlantic British videos, don't poke a hole in your radiator. It's surprisingly easy to do if you start prying away.

I would do it as soon as possible. Its not a hard job. Since you gotta take the fan off, just replace all of them. It only takes about20-30 min and is really easy.

Is this a scenario where I have to replace both pulleys plus the tensioner? The truck has 90,000 miles on it for reference

Well the earliest I can do it is on Monday so I’m going to have to drive it for a few days I hope that’s OK. Can someone please tell me what parts I have to order? One serpentine belt and two pulleys and one tensioner is this correct

I just did them all since everything was already taken a part. I think AB has a kit. I dont remember if I ordered it from them or maybe Lucky 8. I did it a year ago.

If you're just replacing belt, tensioner and idler pullies...you DO NOT need to remove fan. Just remove upper shroud, paying attention to which upper mounting shroud screw goes where, remove belt and proceed too replace items.
