Default What hose is missing here?

Hi All,

I just replaced water and power steering pumps on my 03 Disco II. I was following the videos from the Atlantic British folks and they worked out great. But I noticed there's this clamp on the side of the power steering bracket that is supposed to hold down two hoses and does in the Atlantic British videos. Mine only has one.

What are they and what am I missing?

Thanks,

- Jason

Probably an earlier D2 with an oil cooler or ACE.

Correct. No Oil cooler's on later DII's (03-04).

What the OP sees is the Trans cooler line, missing in the photo is the oil cooler line.

That just means you need to put a factory oil cooler on your truck. You can't have those pesky brackets occupying a reduced workload.

Got it, thank you!

FYI, replacing thermostat and water pump and lower hose dropped my normal operating temp from 208 to 188.6. I feel much better now.
