what is the model number of OEM spark plugs?

Default what is the model number of OEM spark plugs?
Since no one will tell me what the Bosch platinum plus 4 Plugnumbers are, maybe someone can tell me what the OEM plug numbers are so i can cross reference.

The Bosch Platinum 4 number is 4418 i beleive
