Discovery TD5 Fuel Cooler Leak – Fix! | Alex Threlfall's Blog

Hope these links help. It takes 15-20 mins to change the cooler just 4 bolts but longer to bleed the coolant system. The kit of O rings is cheap to buy and to refurb and reinstall including refilling and bleeding the coolant it'll take about 3-4 hours tops.
