What should I spary under the diff boot to un freeze it?

I took out the console, (took like 10min, not hard at all) I wanted to take it out anyways since it was all dirty. I sprayed where in the linkage is and couldn't really reach when under the car to spray it since the exhaust and other(cant remember) things were in the way. I was able to spary as much as I could reach. It goes easier from High to Low but still NO DIFF LOCK, i need an exact location on where to spray. I can take pics. The rubber boot thats riveted to a metal part so I cut a little but overall very hard to get to even with the console out. If I were to just cut the rubber off a little, i can get to some small bolts from the top that covers the linkage, i can take pics tomorrow.
