Go do a nationwide search. You'll see them go from $50k to $2000 for a running vehicle. Some people seem to think that having less than 150k and an OME lift kit make them worth INSANE prices. But I'd bet at auction they go for peanuts.
I see one with 49k on it for $34,000. I don't care if it has one mile on it, it's still 15 years old! Do people actually pay that much for these things? It's not a defender!

Some people do. There is a member on here that paid 22 grand for a 2004 engine was supposedly rebuilt and now it’s cooked.
There is lots around for 2-10 k in good shape. Start searching or hit up the auction

I'm asking 7500 for mine but I've thrown at least that much into it in parts alone. It's all a matter of what has or hasn't been done to them

Totally get it. We all add that much in to these! Ha. And yet they are still a ticking time bomb.

Depends on what you want. I have a reliable daily driver with tasteful mods that I would not sell for less than $10K. If Discos are your thing and you like to wrench from scratch, go for something in the $1K range. If you want something that drives well and looks good, you'll pay more. $20K is a bit much though...

If someone offered me $5k for mine, I'd probably take it....
