What is your MPG on your Rover?

I usually see 13-15 mpg around town with a bit of off road driving.

I manage 20-22 mpg highway driving 55 mph (and getting the finger a lot).

In town 12.6 mpg Hwy 15 to 16 mpg hwy.

 

13.5 city and 17 higway. 2000 D2

Poll should clarify ...city or highway miles, or combination. But I think there should be a poll for city and one for highway.

 

17 highway...not sure city...93 octane (using the R+M)2 method.

 

im getting about 12 mpgwith mostly city driving

 

12-13 using 94 octane, lots of heavy accessories.

 

about 13mpg, '96 D1, mostly stock using 93 octane sunoco. almost all city/off roading miles.

although I did notice on one off roading trip, I used an entire tank of gas completely on dirt/mud and got an extra 45 miles to my average tank. I guess Rovers are just love playing in the mud, huh?

 

I get about 8-9 mpg. Mostly due because of the roofrack. 33" tires (plus the heavy spare on the door) lift ect... The disco is in the shop right now getting the 60K mile. I'm getting the complete BG service done too. So hopefully the money spent will get me back a couple mpg.

Oh and don't worry! I only dry the disco on weekends. On "weekdays" I have '98 200sx that gets roughly 35 mpg!! woot.

 

Lately it's been about 15.5 combined (mostly) city and back road driving. On freeway trips I get 18-19 mpg at 65-70 mph. I always use Chevron, Shell or Quickstop premium in my 02 Disco II
