Default whats your rovers MPG?

So I'm sitting at 15.5 ish mpg I feel that's low. I know it's an under powered v8 and she is a big girl but I figured it could be close to 18 to 20. Or maybe I'm just being optimistic.

So what's your and what did you do to improve it?

to me it seems that I get 5 and 10....lol. Seriously, I get about the same as Jake.

When the truck was stock, average mpg is 16+.

16 last week, under the control of my 18 year old daughter, and ground is pretty flat around these parts. Stock wheels and tires.

Oh good, another "what's your MPG?" thread.
This forum needs the smashing head against the brick wall emoticon.

Haha! What ^^he^^ said! I get between 10-13.5 with mine.... 04 Disco, lifted, slightly oversized tires, safari rack, and 4 Hella pie pans deployed up top. If you need to ask about gas mileage, you should maybe consider selling your Rover and buy something else. I sell MINI's, and they're great on gas. :-)

How are you getting by with no cats? Are you trucking your O2's somehow or does Oregon not care about emissions?
