Default What's this plug for? Driving fog light?

Pulled off my head light the other day to replace a turn signal bulb and noticed this small plug that wasn't connected to anything. Is this for the big driving/fog lights or for something else? I was thinking it might be for those Safari 5000 Land Rover lights. Also on the group of switches on the left side of the dashboard, the bottom one is a blank button. When I pull it out of the dash it has a plug/wires attached to it. Could this be where the switch goes for those lights?

My Disco is a 2004, can anyone tell me if they were pre-wired for the big bumper mounted fog/driving lights?

Hi friend, did you find out what they were for? Did your truck have fog lights on the bumper?
