200 disco II just rolled over to 140k and she is proving just as durable as anything ive every owned.

2002 d2 97856 only thing replaced was front drive shaft plus basic wear and tear stuff.

The highest mileage I have experienced in a Discovery was few years back in a 1995 DI, that made it to 167 K Miles before the transfer case exploded. Engine / transmission ran great at 167 K Mi.

1994 Defender 90, late model tranny, 97 AC, 3" lift, lockers, 35s, 9000lbs winch, 83,000 miles

2003 HSE Disco bought at auction for $7500.00 ....54,000 miles in real nice shape.

97 D1 XD just under 160000... no major mechanical repairs, pissed oil all over everthing when i bought it, u have to shift the auto trans like a manual, the suspension was completely shot (so i bought a lift kit).... oh and the rear brakes committed suicide one day requiring new calipers, rotors, and pads... and next week i am ordering RTE 2" body lift... i just cant leave well enough alone...

Really love the D1...Its like an extended version of my 90.
I'll add one to the collection one day and mod the hell out of it.
