Does anyone know offhand if any other wheels from LR will fit a D2? I seem to recall that nearly all of them are interchangeable, when I search other sites, I dont see anything about offset, just spacing and diameter.

P38 (same as D2), LR3/RR/RRS (with hub centric rings) But you start gettining up into 18/19/20 territory.
