Wheel lug nuts

I have the standard 16" wheels on my disco II and bought the 18" Hurricane wheels, will the lug nuts match from the 16 to 18"??

Same lug nuts. Make sure you only use a 1 1/16" 6 point lug wrench so you don'r mess up the covers on the lug nuts.
