Default wheel rub

when turnung hard right at low speed on my 2004 D2 it comes to an abrupt halt! Is this caused by the wheels rubbing or some other issue, is this common?

I would say it is not a rubbing issue if you are running stock. Any ABS/wheel sensor issues? TC light come on? Any binding type feel/noise? If not, I would just say it is one heavy truck and adding in sharp turning will equal a big lose in forward momentum!
